Step 1: Look up your MassBay Login Credentials
This tool provides your MassBay Username, original password and Email address. If you have changed your password since coming to MassBay you may need to reset it.
Step 2: Reset Your Password
You must register with the service to use it, registration is a one-time process. The videos shows how to register and how to use the tool. If you encounter a problem with the Reset your Password tool or need help with the password reset, call the IT Helpdesk at 781-239-2440.
Step 3: Log into Bay Navigator
Bay Navigator (also known as PeopleSoft) is the system that you use to sign up for courses, pay your bill, and request your transcript. The link provided here is to the video tutorials for using the BayNavigator system.
Step 4: Log into your Student Email
The student email system is hosted by Google and includes GMAIL, Google Docs, Calendar, and many other Google applications. It also include storage on Google Drive. Your student email account is the key communication system for the College. The link provided here is to the video tutorials for using the student Email system.
Step 5: Log into Blackboard
Blackboard Learn (commonly referred to as "Blackboard") is our learning management system. Faculty will use it to provide class content, issue assignments, conduct tests and other class work. The link provided here is to the video tutorials for using the Blackboard Learn system.
